Ritual Policy
When booking with Sweet Senses Studio, you automatically agree to the following:
Grace Period
If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will be subject to cancellation. It is important that everyone's time is valued and respected; which means your time, my time, and the time of the person arriving after you. Please keep this in mind when it comes to your commute, parking, etc.
Cancellation
Between emergencies, sickness, unexpected events, sometimes you will need to cancel. I require a 24 hour notice for any cancellation. If you do not cancel by the given time frame, a non-refundable fee of 25% of you requested ritual will be charged.

If you are cancelling to reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, a rescheduling fee 50NIS will be charged- this will be added to the total cost of your requested ritual.
No-Shows
Anyone who fails to arrive without any communication prior to their ritual will be charged 50% of your requested ritual. This is a separate charge to the cost of your ritual.
