Ritual Policy
When booking with Sweet Senses Studio, you automatically agree to the following:
Grace Period
If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will be subject to cancellation. It is important that everyone's time is valued and respected; which means your time, my time, and the time of the person arriving after you. Please keep this in mind when it comes to your commute, parking, etc.
Cancellation & No Shows
Between emergencies, sickness, unexpected events, sometimes you will need to cancel. I require a minimum 24 hour notice for any cancellation, which can be made through the online booking.
If you do not cancel by the given time frame, a non-refundable fee of 50% of your requested ritual will be charged regardless of rebooking for another time.
Anyone who fails to arrive without any communication prior to their ritual will be charged 50% of your requested ritual. You will not be able to book another ritual until payment has been complete.
